This class is suitable for brand new yoga students as well as students looking to refresh their practice or revisit yoga foundations.

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga.

Sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.

 

The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.

The best of the Yin and Yang aspects of yoga fused together for an all encompassing body, mind, soul experience!

Enjoy a warming but accessible Vinyasa sequence to open the body and build strength through breath awareness. Then begin to settle into Yin style longer held, passive floor based postures that release tension held deep in the body's connective tissue. This makes way for greater flexibility and range of movement. These postures guide you into a state of deep relaxation to deeply nourish and release physical and mental tension.

 

Accessible for all levels and all abilities.

If yoga was something you enjoyed before baby, then mums and bubs yoga could be the perfect way to help you make time for and nourish yourself, and maintain your all-important sense of self – which is often forgotten in the newborn haze!  We also love welcoming new mother's into these groups, some, who have never tried Yoga before.

These classes are open to all levels including beginners. We recommend that you wait at least 6 weeks after birthing your baby before attending. In each class we will work through movement, breath work and meditation. You will also learn how to guide your baby through gentle yoga postures to support you in bonding and having fun with your baby..
