If yoga was something you enjoyed before baby, then mums and bubs yoga could be the perfect way to help you make time for and nourish yourself, and maintain your all-important sense of self – which is often forgotten in the newborn haze!  We also love welcoming new mother's into these groups, some, who have never tried Yoga before.

These classes are open to all levels including beginners. We recommend that you wait at least 6 weeks after birthing your baby before attending. In each class we will work through movement, breath work and meditation. You will also learn how to guide your baby through gentle yoga postures to support you in bonding and having fun with your baby..

Classes run for 60 minutes and all equipment is provided. Please bring a towel and some water for you and a mat or blanket for your baby (along with anything they might normally need).
